Responsibilites:
- Drafting project plans, coordinating the plan and budget with the client, translating the project plan into a project execution and project management plan, and assembling the project organization;
- Performing project management and discussing, reviewing, and accepting deliverables from suppliers and consultants;
- Directing and guiding project team members (construction managers, planners, and engineers) and external staff, and resolving organizational and technical problems;
- Managing the work package manager to ensure the entire project is realized according to plan;
- Drafting decision documents, evaluations, and reports, and ensuring quality, health and safety, and environmental matters;
- Preparing reports for the client;
- You have a higher professional education (HBO+) / university (WO) working and thinking level and at least a completed HBO degree;
- You have at least 5 years of recent experience successfully leading very large/complex, (electrical) technical and/or infrastructure projects, preferably in the energy sector;
- You have extensive experience with project-based work in accordance with Prince 2;
- You have (extensive) experience with various contract forms. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the field of UAV-GC contracts and SCB is a distinct advantage;
- Experience on both the contractor and client sides is a plus;
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and are capable of effectively organizing and planning (or having planned) the activities;
- You are described by those around you as professional, environmentally aware, decisive, and independent;
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English, both spoken and written;
